Akarui Tsuki, born on April 22nd, 2046, was the first and only child of an English father and a Japanese mother. His grandparents survived the gate incident of '21 and decided on uprooting to Mars where most of their friends went. Early in his youth he was overcome by great tragedy as his parents were murdered in a dark alley by a gang member hooked on eyedrops. This gang member overdosed two days later and was found dead in the slums of Dayton. Akarui was then raised by his grandparents until he was 16 when they both passed away of natural causes. He has never filled his longing to bring closure to his parents death, as the gang member who murdered his parents was never brought to justice. Since then, Akarui devoted his life to becoming a Registered Bounty Hunter so that he may bring justice, that he was unable to attain, to the people victimized by crime all over the known universe. Since becoming a RBH he acquired many skills and is now adept with many weapons. Recently Akarui enlisted with the ISSP to aid in the overwhelming crime that has caused the universe enough grief. He quickly realized that bounty hunters need more resources and financial aid to make a living. First Officer Dorian and Leader Joschka, two exceptional officers, have been crutial players in Akarui's advancement.
