Early Years
Nikolay Neskovich was born on Earth in the once known country of Russia. His early life consited of heavy depression. While in infancy, his father was shot to death for his defiance of ISSP. A shoot-to-kill worse case scenario. It was but a month later that his mother had hung herself without so much as a care in the world.
The infant was found and adopted by a couple who had been close friends of the Neskovich family. The couple had two other children at the time. The adoption papers show his name as Nikolae. This spelling is an uncommon mistake, but it stuck with him through the years.
Present
Nikolae is now a part of the ISSP force. He constantly finds himself in some battle with Tidus Therilath.
