Makeknife
Syntax: MAKEKNIFE (name)
(ex. MAKEKNIFE a serrated combat knife)
Used to create a knife-type weapon with quality dependent on skill level and INT. Player-crafted weapons still get a smuggling check from pertinent NPCs.
Materials: Toolkit (not consumed), welding torch OR oven (neither consumed), a battery, raw plastic, steel.
