Lobby

Syntax: lobby <mob> <clan>

Lobby is one of the least understood skills in the game. Lobby works by increasing a planet's frustration against a certain clan, or if the planet is already frustrated with a different clan, it lowers the planets frustration towards that clan. You may not use lobby with GLM, RBH, or the clan that owns the planet. While frustration is much discussed, the term "tolerance" is used by the planets command for the actual number. If a planet is "frustrated by" a certain clan and the tolerance is below 50%, it is impossible for that clan to "capture" the planet. Tolerance can be increased by lobbying a clan other than the owner and "frustrated by" clan or by members of the clan which owns the planet when they use propaganda.
