IC
In general, IC (In Character) refers to any actions that your CHARACTER does/says. OOC(Out Of Character) refers to anything YOU as a player say or do. There are some very thin lines between what a player and a character know and even the best at RP have issues with this.

Out Of Character: This refers to any action/information that you didnt do/learn as your character.
Examples include statements made on the Global OOC channel, or anything said through Osay or Otell.
