SETRP
Using setrp it flags your character as RPing for Imms. This way Imms can
spy in on you and reward QP if you are rping. Only put the flag up when
you are actually in the act of RPing. Abuse of the flag is punishable by
periment removing your chances to gain QP.
To use setrp, you also need to have an authorized bio!
