RUMORS
Syntax: Spread (Target) (Victim)
Spreading of false truth is what the purest meaning of a rumor is. Most
rumors are not true, however, sometimes they are. Regardless, spreading
rumors about a player to a mobile will cause that mobile to immidately
begin hunting to kill them. This, however, will not make the mobile
frustrated at the victim.
