LIMIT
The human body is capible of many things, the ability to grow in response
to most situations and handle, sometimes unbeilievibly, high stress.
However, the human body has it's limits. Understand those limits can allow
people to rise to even higher limits working around what may be a
weakness. So, stats will not gain forever and ever, also, there is a limit
to how many stats a person can have. No one can be a super human monster,
however, people can configure themselves to fit their gameplay choice.
Basicly, every player is able to get 15 in all their stats (Wisdom is
ignored and allowed to hit 18) but in order to get to the 18 stat level,
it requires such intense focus, it limits how stats can be spent in other
fields. Thus, creating (and forcing) players to decide which stats they
truly want.
