Q: Can I use all caps on the OOC or IC channels?
A: No. It's annoying. You don't see people screaming at
you in real life, do you?

Q: How strict are the OOC/IC policies?
A: Fairly strict. While no one's going to hell you if you
accidentally type tell instead of otell, please don't go broadcasting
a person's IC location all over OOC, or talking about the great date
you went on during a clan summit meeting.

Q: Why am I silenced?
A: You probably said something to piss the imms off. Either player
bashing OOC, caps OOC, or if you were simply being a rude bastard.

Q: Why am I helled?
A: You could've been doing any of the above to get you silenced, as
well as botting or multiplaying.

Q: What's the LSC?
A: The LSC, or Living Stat Code, was a coding venture created by Gatz,
the Co Owner. It's basically something that makes you more involved
with your stats. All of your stats require hand-training, meaning
in order to be godly at whacking citizens with your katana, you need
to spend a lot of time in the gyms perfecting this skill.

Q: How do I apply for a weapons license?
A: You need to go to either the RBH headquarters in Dayton,
Mars, or to the GLM recruitment office in the Police Station on
Ganymede and type applylicense.

Q: Why are people hunting me?
A: You have a bounty, which means you've done something bad
(kill civilians, cops, make drugs, hack, piss the ISSP off).

Q: How do I surrender?
A: Go up to an ISSP or RBH officer and type "surrender [that
person's name]". You will lose ten percent of your wulongs and
be sent to jail for a periodic amount of time (depending on how
high your bounty is).
