CLANPK
These are the rules set forth for Clan Player Attacking:
-When at a Clan HQ (Starting at where it says "Clan Name" Headquarters")
a player can be knocked out. No RP reason needed.

-RBH/Unclanned/GLM players can not go to Clan HQs, you should have no need.
If a player wishes to join in clan fighting they can join one of the current
clans. Otherwise, they can and will be punished.
(Note: RBH can enter clan HQs if they have good reason. Notify an Immortal
before entering a Clan HQ to prevent punishment.)

-For Clans to declare war: the leader most notify the Clan Immortal who then
makes it offical over help motd.

-Outside of Clan HQs players still need an RP reason to attack another,
unless a war has been declared.

-Logging out inside of Clan HQs that aren't your own is illegal.

-Raids agasnit a clan need to be fair! There is a 1:1 rule in affect, 1
raider per 1 online member of the defending clan. This also imples no raiding
a clan when there are no members online.

-Going AFK at a Clan HQ has new meaning! AFK at a Clan HQ stands
for "A Free Kill"! If you are link-dead you can still be attacked, be careful
and if you start to get laggy evacuate emidiately!

-Clans can not hire other people who are not in their own clan! Clan wars are
between those clans mentioned there, also means non-clan members of that
certain clan in question can not use other people to settle clan issues in PK.
This special war rule overrides other rules such as the group rule.

-GLM can freely PK people have not paid for services rendered, and may pursue
the offenders anywhere. (Ie. clan HQs.)

- Hiring people for other services IS legal, but there must be a legitimate

 RP reason for the hiring.  Record a log of this in otells so there is a

 concrete log of the hiring, or if a contreversy arises, the hiring party

 WILL be helled.
