Hackbay
Hackbay: A High-mid level Hacking skill that will remotely open the landing bay of any ship. Useful for Bounty Hunters, and Ship Thieves.

HackTransfer
HackTransfer: A Higher level Hacking skill, that will discretly transfer a small sum on wulongs from one players account to another player.

HackBounty
Hackbounty is a skill that is used to either add or remove another player from the bounty list. One must have a working computer and comlink to use this skill.
The commands are:
hackbounty add <name> <#amount>
hackbounty remove <name>
