Diomedes was born into a poor family along with two other brothers in what's known on Earth as Russia. The three brothers served in a war which only Diomedes survived.

After the war, Diomedes joined ISSP. There he became friends with his superior Tidus Therilath. He also met Katya Ranevskanova who turned out to be the offspring of an affair that his father had had.

Diomedes was known to have been through two main relationships. His last relationship had consisted of adultry and many suicide attempts from his partner.

Diomedes was found dead. His death was ruled as unsolved. Some believe it was suicide. Others suspect Arianna Highwind of conspiracy and murder. No evidence was found proving that Arianna was linked to his death.
